Project of the Month
Leeds Ahead, in association with Leeds Legal and Education Leeds, is co-ordinating a week of project activity in inner-city schools from 17th to 21st November. Over 15 different legal firms and up to 300 volunteers will be involved during the course of the week. This is the second annual CSR project that Leeds Ahead has run with Leeds Legal, the first ever city based marketing campaign of its kind in the UK.
The focus of the week is Education and Enterprise and a variety of projects will take place in high schools and primary schools. The aim is to raise the aspirations of young people in our inner-city schools and encourage them into employment and enterprise. Volunteers will hold world of work workshops and support enterprise activities.
