Alison has a background in education and skills, with 20 years in the Further Education sector. For 8 years she worked for Leeds City Council's Jobs & Skills Department managing a Family Learning Centre. She brings a great deal of experience to the team in developing partnerships with the private sector and multi-agency approaches to service delivery.
